On the dates and times listed below, in the meeting room of the Grand Agadir Local Development Company for Mobility and Urban Transport, located at offices N° 20-21-22, 2nd Floor IGOUDAR Building Avenue des FAR Agadir, there will be a public opening of bids related to the open tender for price offers for the following:

Tender documents can be downloaded for consultation from the public procurement platform www.marchespublics.gov.ma. Downloading does not exempt competitors from collecting the documents from the Administrative and Financial Department office N° 20, 2nd Floor IGOUDAR Building Avenue des FAR - Agadir.
The content and presentation of competitors' files must comply with the provisions of the consultation regulations and articles 27, 28, 29, and 31 of the company's procurement regulations. These procurement regulations can be downloaded from the company's website www.agadirmobilite.ma
Competitors may:
- Either send by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the General Director of the SDL Grand Agadir for mobility and urban transport SA, at the following address: N°22, 2nd Floor IGOUDAR Building Avenue des FAR - Agadir;
- Or submit against receipt to the Administrative and Financial Department office N°20, 2nd Floor IGOUDAR Building Avenue des FAR - Agadir;
- Or hand them to the president of the Tender Committee at the beginning of the session and before the opening of bids.
The supporting documents to be provided are those specified in article 09 of the consultation regulations.
