Backed by capital contributions from public and territorial partners, GAMDU brings to life the ambition of an integrated mobility system, supporting the region’s economic, social, and environmental development goals.
The capital of GAMDU results from a strategic collaboration between the Territorial Collectivities, the Souss Massa Region, and the Ministry of the Interior. This structure ensures long-term management of urban mobility and promotes harmonized development of transportation within Greater Agadir.
Inspired by New Public Management and governed by Organic Law 113-14, these anonymous companies aim to boost the local economy while improving public services. By combining transparency, efficiency, and innovation, SDLs (Local Development Companies) catalyze economic development at the municipal level.
